The staff at Devon Law Society asked us to quote for a website re-vamp; their existing site was dated in style, and after initial investigations, the back-end management processes were inefficient, with site updates requiring manual uploads.

While the design team at Monkeydevil focussed on producing a suitable template for the client, our development team analysed the business processes to be included in their new system (membership management, training course management, job vacancy management).

The website was released in four stages - the first release consisting of a basic website, with a new module being added for each subsequent release. All of the data from the existing website was successfully imported into the new systems, allowing for a seamless change-over from the old site to the new one for Devon Law Society.

We continue to work for Devon Law Society on a regular basis, providing services from graphic design through to systems analysis and development.

Flash-Driven Member Locator

Having implemented database-driven back-end management systems for Devon Law Society, we could now provide any amount of interfaces to the data. One example of this is the Flash-driven member locator, where the website user selects a region of Devon from an interactive map, and information about all of the law firms within the selected region that are members of Devon and Exeter Law Society are displayed on a results page.
