It's taken nearly six months to write (and for a small business like ours, that's quite expensive), but we've managed to launch our new business and content management system. We don't yet have a product name - it's currently known as the "BEM" or the "BEN" (depending on who you talk to), or just as "Control Centre".

In truth, we're nowhere near finished, but that's ok - the system can be upgraded in a very short time, at a moments notice, without harming existing clients. The system has been designed to cater for clients of all sizes and structures, based on our own Business Entity Model (hence BEM), and uses calls to our very own API to fetch and modify content.

The system is now live and being used by three of our clients, and with no major glitches at this stage, we're looking to expand the services on offer.

We're soon to be upgrading the system to include our new e-commerce solution. Following this we'll be migrating all of our existing (hosted) clients to the new, easier/faster/nicer to use system.
