As you might guess, categorised press releases allow you to organise your press releases by category. This enables your website developer (hopefully us), to reflect this structure into your website if appropriate, by either using different colours to represent different categories or by showing articles relevant to particular sections of the site (something we&#039;ll be upgrading our own website with soon). We went for a quite literal design for this project, creating an ear shape from a collage of boiled sweets. Through the use of some quite vibrant colours and subtle 3D effects, we&#039;re hoping that this year&#039;s poster will stand out from the crowd! The original intention for the poster was to create it entirely in 3D, but long rendering times soon put paid to that idea - we managed to salvage an early render for the scene (with goat), and used that for the background of the poster. Everything else was created using Photoshop, with late lineup updates being an inevitability with a festival, the move away from a 3D-only graphic proved to be a wise decision. The Olive Tree also use our holiday let management system to advertise and manage their recently refurbished holiday apartment. We went for a more minimalist design this time round to try something different, creating the image of a microphone from the gig details. The design for the site is based loosely on the theme of the album, with elements from some of the tracks featuring in the background area in either lyrical or graphical form. Bundled with an online payment service provider, holiday let owners can take deposits or full payments for reservations. The system caters for the full management of a number of holiday homes, and is also suitable for agency use.
