Viento holiday let management system - Email payment reminders We have recently released a free software upgrade for our holiday let management system and coined a new name for the system to boot!

‘Viento’ is our new name for the holiday let management system and it now supports email reminders, a new feature specifically designed to help make the day-to-day management of your holiday let easier than ever.

Viento now sends weekly email payment reminders until the balance of the account has been settled – another thing you don’t need to worry about!

The system is fully configurable, allowing the email message to be personalised and the reminder date to be defined by you.

Having received their payment reminders, your guests can either return to your website to settle the account via your chosen payment solution or send you a cheque and you can record receipt of their final payment in the admin system manually.
