Vehicle Inspection Management System

In August 2006 Monkeydevil were approached by Carcheckers, a vehicle inspection company, and asked to produce a software system that would help them to streamline their business processes and to enable them to more efficiently handle an ever increasing number of vehicle inspections.

It was hoped that the implementation of a fully customised business model and the resulting efficiencies, would help Carcheckers to secure a contract to provide vehicle inspections on behalf of the UK's biggest vehicle services company. We are pleased to say that it did just that.

The system was designed to cover all aspects of Carcheckers' business - not simply the process of raising an inspection, assigning an engineer and issuing the resulting report. It also provides facilities for invoicing, SLA tracking, and management of business sub-contractors and their access to the system.

The system went live in early 2007 and has been operating very successfully ever since. In fact, Carcheckers have now become DEKRA-Expert Ltd and are aligned with the largest vehicle inspection company in the world, DEKRA. We are very proud that they still retain our services and we look forward to our relationship with them continuing for many years to come.
